PRIVACY POLICY Effective Date: August 18, 2026 Review Pitstop (“Review Pitstop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides online reputation-management services to businesses in the United States. Our services may include automated review requests, review monitoring, AI-assisted responses, personalized images, social posting, CRM integrations, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through reviewpitstop.com, our applications, forms, communications, and services.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT Business and Account Information We may collect names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, account credentials, subscription information, communication preferences, and communications with our sales or support team. Payments are processed by Stripe. We generally do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Customer Data Provided by Businesses Our business customers may provide information about their customers, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, communication preferences, opt-out status, review-request history, reviews, and feedback. We process this information on behalf of the business that provided it and according to that business’s instructions. Reviews, Content, and AI Information We may process reviews, feedback, drafted or published review responses, uploaded images, information submitted to AI features, and AI-generated responses, suggestions, or images. Information submitted to AI features may be sent to service providers that help us generate the requested output. Users should not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated information unless necessary and authorized. Website and Device Information We may automatically collect IP addresses, browser and device information, pages viewed, actions taken, referring URLs, approximate location, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and diagnostic, performance, and security information.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION We may use personal information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; manage business accounts; send review requests by email or SMS; monitor and respond to reviews; generate AI-assisted content; process subscriptions and payments; provide customer service; send administrative communications; send permitted marketing communications; measure website and advertising performance; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce our agreements; and comply with legal obligations.

3. AUTOMATED EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES Review Pitstop may send email or SMS review requests on behalf of its business customers. The business customer is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary permission and lawful basis to contact each recipient. Recipients may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. They may reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold or provided to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us operate and deliver the messaging service. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method when required. Service-related communications, such as billing or security notices, may continue after a person opts out of marketing.

4. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website usage, measure marketing performance, detect fraud, and deliver or measure advertising. Website hosting, cloud storage, security, and technical-support providers. Analytics and advertising providers. Attorneys, accountants, and other professional advisers. Government authorities when legally required. We may also disclose information during a merger, financing, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, or similar business transaction. Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services, subject to their agreements and applicable law.

6. CUSTOMER DATA When a business customer uploads personal information, that business generally decides why and how the information will be used. Review Pitstop processes the information to provide the requested services. Business customers are responsible for providing required privacy notices, obtaining legally required email or SMS consent, maintaining accurate contact and opt-out records, honoring consumer requests, and avoiding the upload of information they are not authorized to use. Questions about information provided by a particular business should generally be directed to that business first.

7. DATA RETENTION We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why it was collected. We may retain limited records of opt-out requests to ensure that future communications remain suppressed.

However, no website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

12. UNITED STATES PROCESSING Review Pitstop currently provides services to businesses in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. We may provide additional notice when a change is material.
